Klepp-gas-filter-systems (KGF)
In manufacturing one thing is very common across all industries: harmful gasas, odors and vapors emitted during the production process. The effects on staff include headaches, conjunctival irritation, premature fatigue and damage to the respiratory organs or the central nervous system caused by inhalation of the substances.
Klepp gas filtration systems offer an ideal solution for permanent, optimal extraction and filtration of pollutants from gases, odors, solvents, adhesive and vapors.
Our practical extraction elements capture the air via armshaped suction pipes, suction vent channels, table-integrated extraction systems or completely customized designs to your application. A hose system or pipeline, that is individually optimized to your needs, safely feeds the extracted pollutants to the filter unit. The air contaminations are absorbed through a hepa filter in our filter system. In the second step the different gases are seperated by further integrated active carbon layers, optionally chemisorption or oxidation.
Our sustainable three-stage filtration system consisting of a pre-filter, particle filter and gas filter cleans the working air individually according to your application requirements. The remaining clean air can then be redirected into the work space. Customer value: reduction in heating costs.The gas filter of our Klepp gas filter systems can be refilled continuously and the exchange of the filters can be carried out independently or by our qualified staff in the course of maintenance.

Adjustable
Our adjustable Klepp gas filter systems continuously regulate the air performance via an LED display and can thus be easily adapted to the current load for extraction of the pollutants. A visual signal combined with a full text display guides the operator intuitively through the required action and indicates upcoming maintenance. The count of operated hours and filter-status can also be accessed via the display.
Optionally, a remote on-off function can be implemented with the same control, and a pressure differential control can be supplied for the KGF803AK or the KGF1003AK.

Ecoline
Our constant Klepp gaseous filter systems guarantee you a constant air output and permanently ensure the optimum extraction performance. The On/Off operating switch and a control light are located on the control panel. An optical signal indicates the need for action and maintenance. Optionally, a remote on/off switch or a pressure difference control can be provided .

EX Filter Systems
If you need to extract highly flammable gases and vapors, you require extraction systems in an explosion-proof design. Only this way you are safe from an unpleasent surprise. Our KGF-EX filter units are built in accordance with the directive for potentially explosive atmospheres, and are equipped with an appropriate Ex fan and corresponding components.
