Klepp welding fume filters (KSF)
Welding is almost always associated with toxic exhaust gases, splashes of liquid metal and extremely fine dust particles. The risk to employees depends on the welding method used and which filler materials are used in the process.
Klepp welding fume extraction systems offer an ideal solution tailored to the individual process requirements for permanent and optimal extraction as well as filtering of the pollutants.
Our expertise in the various welding processes enables us to adapt the individual customer requirements to the extraction system of the process. This way the welding fumes are captured directly at the point of origin. Our practical extraction arms and hoods collect the pollutants and feed them safely to the filter unit.
Our sustainable filtration system uses a steel baffle plate to ensure that no glowing particles enter the Hepa filter before the pollutants are cleaned in our three-stage filter system which consists of a Aluminium mesh filter, pre-filter mat and Hepa filter. The cleaned air is redirected into the work space.
Mobile unit
Our mobile Klepp welding fume filter units guarantee you a constant air output and permanently ensure an optimum extraction performance. The operating switch On/Off with control lamp is located on the control panel. A warning lamp with acoustic signal indicates the required filter change.
