Dust is a complex mixture of air and solid particles. The various dust particles differ in size and shape as well as in terms of their chemical composition and physical properties which have a negative impact on the working conditions in production.

Our Klepp filter units for dust offer an ideal solution for permanent and optimal extraction and filtering of the toxic pollutants.

Our practical capture elements capture the polluted air directly at the point of origin. A hose system or a piping system individually designed to meet your needs safely feeds the extracted pollutants to the central filter unit, where the air is cleaned. During the cleaning process, the individual filter cartridges are closed by alternating lids, thereby removing them from the intake flow. The compressed air flows to the rotary wing jet and creates a rotary motion due to the arrangement of the jets. This cleans the folds of the cartridge very effectively as well as very gently across the entire surface. The cleaned particles are gathered in a collection container and can thus be easily disposed of. The cleaned air can remain in your workspace.

Our systems can be operated either in exhaust or recirculation mode and are also available as ATEX versions.
