Klepp combination filter systems (KKF)
In many technical production processes, the working air is contaminated by both dust and odor particles, e.g. when lasering various materials, cutting plastic or collecting and analyzing soil samples.
Klepp-Kombi-Filter is a dust and odor separator in one filter unit which provides an ideal solution for permanent and optimal extraction and filtering of the resulting pollutants.
In our systems, the contaminated air first hits a baffle plate where the larger particles fall down. By distributing the air flow evenly, damage to the filter cartridge is prevented. The finer particles settle on the surface of the cartridge. Our subsequent three-stage filtration system, consisting of a pre-filter mat, Hepa filter and active carbon cartridge, filters the finest particles and at the same time binds gases, vapors and odors. The purified air is then fed back into the work space.
Adjustable
Our adjustable Klepp kombi filter units continuously regulate the air performance via an LED display and can thus be easily adapted to the current load for extraction of the pollutants. A visual signal combined with a full text display guides the operator intuitively through the needed action and indicates upcoming maintenance.The count of operated hours and filter-status can also be accessed via the display.

Eco filter systems
Our stationary Klepp dust filter units guarantee you a constant air performance and permanently ensure the optimum extraction performance. The operating switch On/Off with control lamp is located on the control panel. A warning lamp with acoustic signal indicates when the filter needs to be changed.
