For four decades, the name Klepp has stood for clean air in the workplace. What began in 1985 with the courage to become self-employed has developed into a successful medium-sized company. Back then, Lothar Klepp founded the sole proprietorship Lothar Klepp - Tools-Machines with a focus on electric and pneumatic tools. However, customer demand quickly changed direction.
During his field service visits, he heard again and again: "We need clean air in the workplace!" This is how the trading company became a specialist for extraction and filter systems: Lothar Klepp extraction units and filter systems was born.
Lothar Klepp developed his first own systems for industry back in 1987. With increasing demand and growing expertise, the company moved its headquarters several times from Holzkirchen to Otterfing to its current location in Bad Aibling.
Another milestone followed in 2010: the founding of the Klepp Absauganlagen GmbH. Gisela Klepp has been at the helm of the company since 2015 and currently has ten dedicated employees.
To mark the company's 40th anniversary, Klepp is now presenting an innovative new product: The KLF 204 Eco. A particularly compact solder fume filter system for individual workstations. It combines modern design with high efficiency and is further proof of the innovative strength of the family-owned company.
