"Bubble technology" DAIR sets a new standard

The compact DAIR cleanroom unit sold by KLEPP Extraction Systems improves air purity in the workplace. It keeps work surfaces free of suspended particles and at the same time creates an invisible "cleanroom bubble" at the workplace.

The DAIR mobile extraction unit features a laminar clean air flow of 0.5-0.6 m/s and absorbs particle sizes > 0.3 microns. It also constantly blows clean air over the workplace, whereby the laminar air flow cannot be felt. Instead, the bubble technology creates a pleasant working environment.

The cleanroom appliance, which is housed in a powder-coated, finely structured steel housing, is characterized by its low weight compared to conventional appliances on the market. The blower weighs 12 kg and the filter unit 29 kg. The telescopic tubes weigh 3 kg. In addition, the extraction unit can be easily and flexibly mounted on all standard work tables. The maximum distance between the base of the filter unit and the table is 300 mm. This makes it possible to design work areas flexibly and ergonomically.

The bubble technology can be used in the production and maintenance of high-voltage electrical systems as well as in the assembly and maintenance of displays, optics and the production and care of luxury watches. Furthermore, the extraction system ensures clean working air in micromechanics, pharmaceuticals, sampling, food processing and in packaging and plastics segments. A Swedish manufacturer and repairer of radar systems is also using the DAIR cleanroom unit profitably. This manufacturer previously had to make expensive modifications to conventional systems in order to achieve the required air purity.

Like all KLEPP filter systems, the DAIR cleanroom unit can also be used sustainably. This gives customers access to a small, mobile, flexible "cleanroom", protecting both employees and the product.

Planning, installation and service from a single source "MADE IN GERMANY"

In addition to extraction systems for individual workstations, KLEPP's range of services also includes extraction systems for up to 40 workstations or machines. Work cabinets, under-table extraction systems and suction slot ducts can also be produced in special sizes and tailored to specific requirements. As KLEPP assembles the filter systems in Bad Aibling (Bavaria) from system components individually by hand, they are high-quality individual items "Made in Germany".
